Write Python and Bash scripts to automate routine AWS operations — backups, health checks, cost reports
Support CI/CD pipeline operations using Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline — monitor builds, flag failures and escalate to senior engineers
Manage and monitor AWS core services — EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch — as part of the client support team
Contribute to infrastructure documentation — runbooks, architecture diagrams and deployment guides
Participate in agile sprint ceremonies — daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives
Learn and apply AWS best practices under mentorship of senior cloud architects
Required Skills
Basic understanding of AWS core services — EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch
Python or Bash scripting — any hands-on experience from academic projects or self-learning
Basic understanding of Linux command line — navigation, file management, process monitoring
Familiarity with Git — clone, commit, push, pull request workflow
Basic understanding of networking concepts — IP addressing, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, firewalls
Willingness to learn — self-motivated with ability to pick up new tools quickly
Good communication skills — able to participate in team discussions and document work clearly
Good to Have
Hands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation or Terraform from academic projects or personal labs
Basic Docker knowledge — building and running containers
Exposure to CI/CD concepts — Jenkins, GitHub Actions or any pipeline tool

Structured 3-month onboarding programme with AWS training and certification support
Mentorship from AWS-certified senior cloud engineers
Hands-on client project exposure from day one

Clear career progression path from Graduate Cloud Developer to Cloud Engineer in 12–18 months
