Role: AI/Agentic Engineer
Required Skills and Experience:
AI/ML; Proficiency in Lang Chain, Llama Index, Python, and Azure OpenAI
•Proficiency in Python, PyTorch and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure)
•Designs and builds LLM-powered, agentic, and RAG-based AI solutions.
•Supports model validation, testing, and deployment to production pipelines
•Collaborates daily with SMEs and TPO to refine prompts and model behavior.
•Integrates AI components into Lilly’s existing platforms and data ecosystem.
•Ensures responsible AI, bias mitigation, and compliance guardrails are applied.
•Contributes to sprint ceremonies and cross-functional technical discussions.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
