About the role
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Develop infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform.
- Implement and manage Azure-based infrastructure and services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Azure cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize Azure cloud usage.
- Automate routine tasks through scripting and automation.
- Ensure security best practices are implemented and maintained.
- Manage and configure Azure networking components.
- Participate in planning and executing disaster recovery procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams.
- Document infrastructure and processes as part of knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with Azure services and industry best practices.
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Microsoft Azure (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400).
- 3+ years of experience in Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
- Knowledge of Azure networking and security best practices.
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools in Azure environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
