We are looking for an experienced and motivated Azure DevOps Lead with over 8 years of experience to lead our DevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure cloud, CI/CD pipeline automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and containerization technologies. You will be responsible for implementing and managing DevOps practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring efficient deployment and operations processes.

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to define and implement CI/CD strategies.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Manage source control (Git), branching strategies, and code repositories in Azure Repos or GitHub.
• Set up and maintain Azure services, including App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Application Insights, etc.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, etc.
• Ensure security and compliance across the DevOps lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve build/deployment issues and performance bottlenecks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps with at least 3+ years as a lead.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards).
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or ARM templates.
• Proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices in Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD for .NET, Java, or Node.js applications.
• Familiarity with security practices and DevSecOps integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (or equivalent).
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
