Jd -Azure SQL DBA
Job Description: Trianz is looking for a Data analyst and SQL DBA engineer with experience in performing data analysis and performance tuning of queries. As a data analyst & DBA you will need a strong comfort level with understanding extract, transform and load tools such as Informatica and Azure ADF. You must be able to work well independently to analyze the end-to-end flow in ETL design covering the sources, targets, transformations, parameters and others. Required Skills & Experience: • Requires BA/BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Analytics related field and 3+ years’ related experience in analytics development • 2+ years experience in query tuning and preparation of DDL's for SQLDW • Hands on experience in writing complex stored procedures/functions • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Azure ADF, SSIS, Snaplogic or another leading edge ETL tool • Experience in executing integration, system, regression and user acceptance testing • Solid hands-on experience in SQL • 3+ years of database development(DDL, Stored Procedures, Functions, and others) in Oracle, SQL Server, DB2,Netezza,SQLDW or other database technologies. • Fundamental knowledge of data warehouse concepts • Experience in optimizing to improve on the existing efficiency, quality and scalability of ETL • Full lifecycle experience in waterfall and agile development methodologies • Intelligent but practical; you want to get things done and love simplicity • Excellent presenter, influencer Responsibilities • Work on multiple projects concurrently and complete tasks as required and within time constraints • Proactively report on data quality issues as required and be accountable to complete all assigned work within time constraints. • Deliver consulting expertise based on your assigned role. • Work in an agile manner to pick up new technologies and concepts quickly to meet the fast pace digital environment • Meet with client as required to provide delivery expertise and drive results and work to build client relationships and trust. • Based on past and current client execution, work with peers to develop point of views, new solutions, accelerators that will assist in driving results
