Job Description:We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executives to manage insurance claims and ensure accurate documentation and timely processing. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining organized claim records and following up on outstanding claims to ensure smooth resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files related to claims.
- Track outstanding claims and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in an insurance claims back office is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and insurance management software.
