About the role
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Build and integrate AI-enabled features (e. g., LLM APIs, recommendation engines, automation workflows).
- Work with databases (SQL / NoSQL) to design efficient data models.
- Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of backend systems.
- Collaborate with frontend, product, and AI/ML teams.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments.
Requirements:
- Strong backend development experience in any one or more of the following: Node.js, Java, Python.
- Experience building RESTful APIs / GraphQL services.
- Solid understanding of: Backend architecture, Data structures & algorithms, System design fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with databases: oQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc. )
- Experience using AI tools for development (code generation, testing, debugging, refactoring).
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Good to Have:
- Experience with React.js or full-stack development.
- Exposure to LLMs, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and vector databases.
- Cloud experience: AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with MLOps or AI model integration.
