We are seeking a talented and experienced Backend Java Developer to join our dynamic team. Your role will be critical in driving digital transformation for our clients in various sectors like banking, manufacturing, and retail. As a key member of our team, you will work on modernising operations and achieving goals through data analytics, cloud solutions, and enterprise application management.
Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
- Design, develop, and implement backend services using Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Qualifications (What You'll Bring):
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a Backend Java Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Java, including the latest versions and their functionalities.
- Experience with data analytics, cloud solutions, and enterprise application management.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing, and delivery.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
