About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end banquet operations and event execution.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
- Supervise banquet staff and ensure smooth event flow.
- Coordinate with kitchen, vendors, and support teams
- Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Monitor budgets, costs, and operational efficiency
- Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution during events
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in banquet/event management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client handling abilities
- Experience in managing large-scale events and operations
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
