- Take customer orders and ensure prompt service delivery.
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and café area.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Assist customers with menu recommendations and product information.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coffee Preparation – Ability to prepare espresso-based and specialty beverages.
- Customer Service – Deliver a positive customer experience.
- Communication Skills – Interact effectively with customers and team members.
