For Branch Managers & BDM Positions, Dairy Experience is mandatory
Business Development Manager (BDM):
(5-8 yrs of experience in FMCG/ Dairy Industry & work location Bangalore city)
CTC-6 to 7lacs
• Identify and expand the business in existing geographies and channels for all categories / distributors / Parlour franchisees.
• Extend the retailer network and work on micro-distribution.
• Drive consumer centric activities with the help of PSM team.
• Training and development of the PSM team.
• Explore and expand the business in new geographies and new channels.
• Competition tracking
• Co-ordination with the Branch teams.
