About the role
Business Intelligence & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI Analyse QNXT data, including claims, eligibility, provider, and membership datasets, to generate actionable business insights. Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation using Snowflake and SQL. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities. Translate business requirements into meaningful reports and visualisations for stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems. Support root-cause analysis and data quality initiatives. Support strategic initiatives through reporting and analytical recommendations. 4-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics. Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Platform. Experience working with QNXT healthcare data (Claims, Membership, Provider, Eligibility). Advanced SQL skills for querying, analysis, and data validation. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools. Strong data reconciliation, reporting, and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to AWS services such as S3 and Glue. Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation. Understanding of healthcare payer or managed care business processes. Experience working with large-scale datasets and data warehouses.
