BI lead

·      Total IT Experience of 6 to 9 years, with relevant experience of 3 to 6 years as Reporting/BI Lead

·      Experience designing Power BI reports/dashboards based on business user requirements

·      Excellent reporting skills with hands on experience creating Power BI/ MS SSRS & Tableau reports and dashboards along with exposure to Excel macros

·      Excellent SQL skills¸ ability to understand DB models and table relationships

·      Experience in effectively creating required KPI’s for reporting

·      Experience creating reports based on data stored in Cloud based Data Lake / DW

·      Experience generating good visualizations with graphs

·      Good hands-on experience on Dashboard and Reporting concepts

·      Good knowledge in ODBC and API connections

·      Experience in customizing and modifying Power BI / SSRS reports

·      Hands-on experience in publishing Power BI reports

·      Experience working on different types of filters, parameter, calculation fields

·      Working knowledge on custom charts, dual axis, data blending, blended axis, action parameter, action set, Interactive dashboard etc.

·      Experience working with different Data sources like RDBMS, APIs, Cloud DB services (preferably on AWS)

·      Basic knowledge on dimensional modelling, ETL concepts and Data analysis is preferable

·      Perform report generation with graphs, understanding descriptive, predictive indicators

·      Knowledge on data security in Power BI / SSRS Reports is preferred

·      Working knowledge of Power BI Data Extracts, Power BI Prep

·      Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodologies.

·      Good debugging and problem-solving skills

·      Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
