Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with strong expertise in contractor
billing, quantity verification, material reconciliation, and variation analysis. The ideal
candidate should have practical exposure to RCC, Finishing, Infrastructure, and MEP works
in real estate or construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and process contractor bills based on actual site execution.
- Check quantities as per BOQ and approved drawings.
- Conduct material reconciliation by comparing theoretical and actual consumption.
- Identify and monitor project variations/deviations against approved BOQ scope.
- Prepare rate analysis for extra or non-BOQ items.
- Monitor steel consumption and rolling margin analysis.
- Coordinate with site execution teams, contractors, and accounts department for billing
- approvals.
- Maintain billing records, certifications, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely submission and processing of bills.
- Support cost control by minimizing wastage and material losses.
