Role - Contracts, Cost & Estimation
Experience - 12-18 years
Prepare detailed BOQ and cost estimates at project inception and design stages
Draft, negotiate and finalise contractor / vendor agreements
Manage running account (RA) bills, deductions, retentions and final settlements
Benchmark construction costs against market and flag variances
Maintain contract MIS and flag disputes / claims early
Coordinate with PMC and site teams on billing milestones
Cost variance: actual vs estimated BOQ (target <5%)
Bill processing TAT (target ≤7 working days per RA bill)
Contract award lead time vs project schedule
Zero disputed bills pending >30 days
Savings achieved through competitive tendering
Skill Sets -
B.E. Civil Engineering; MRICS / QS qualification preferred
Hands-on experience administering contracts worth ₹100–300 Cr+
Prior experience with mid-size developer or reputed PMC firm
South India construction market knowledge preferred
