About the role
- Prepare and verify client running account (RA) bills, interim payment applications, and final bills.
- Verify quantities executed at site against approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and contract conditions.
- Prepare measurement sheets, abstract sheets, reconciliation statements, and supporting billing documents.
- Review subcontractor bills and certify payments based on actual work completed.
- Track client bill submission, certification, approval, and payment status.
- Prepare variation claims, extra-item bills, and escalation claims as per contractual provisions.
- Coordinate with site engineers and consultants for joint measurements and bill certification.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up on outstanding payments.
