About the role
- Prepare customer bills accurately using billing software(zoho).
- Check product details, quantity, price, and discounts.
- Pack products safely and neatly as per order requirements.
- Verify items before packing and dispatch.
- Maintain billing and packing records.
- Coordinate with delivery agent and customer.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and orders.
- Report billing errors, missing items, or damaged products to the manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th qualification/any bachelor degree.
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge [zoho].
- Good calculation and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to pack products carefully and efficiently.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and organized.
- Previous billing/packing experience is an advantage.
