Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Support Executive to manage billing-related queries, follow up on outstanding invoices, and coordinate billing and payment-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling billing-related queries
- Invoice follow-ups and chasing pending invoices
- Coordinating on billing and payment-related matters
Preferred Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, invoice management, or payment coordination.
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Invoice preparation and documentation
- Basic understanding of accounting and payment processes
Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
