About the role
Land Surveying Services team has a requirement for a BIM Engineer role to assist in creating and managing detailed BIM models using point cloud data and various BIM software in compliance with WSP in the United Kingdom (UK) CAD & BIM ISO 19650 standards. This role requires proficiency in Recap, AutoCAD, and Revit with optional skills in Civil 3D, N4ce and other point cloud-based software.
Key responsibilities include point cloud processing, drafting, sheet preparation, and developing Revit models for architecture, structure, and systems.

We support clients across Water, Aviation, Energy, Leisure, and Road sectors with end-to-end Scan-to-BIM and Scan-to-CAD services tailored
to project needs. Additionally, we provide precise As-Built digital models to facilitate renovation, future development, asset management, and long-term archival documentation.
