Skill description: Automation of process through RPA.
Integration of external interfaces if any
Integration testing of automated workflows
Responsibility:
• Understand the automations being moved into production, for their business purpose and proposed flow
• Collaborate with SME’s and Process owners to understand and chalk out the work arounds and enable the Bot
Maintenance team to take suitable communications and recovery steps
• Work with SME’s, Architect and Dev team refine the PDD, to cater to the changes being requested
