- Utilize expertise in BMC Helix ITSM, ARS, DWP, PWA, and Smart IT to enhance IT service management processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations on BMC product implementations and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and resolve technical issues.
- 4-8 years of experience in BMC Remedy, with a maximum focus on 4-5 years.
- Solid understanding of BMC Helix ITSM, ARS, DWP, PWA, and Smart IT.
- Demonstrated familiarity with various BMC products and their functionalities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate or 15-30 days notice period preferred.
