Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral competency)
Must Have :
· Prinicples of BMC TrueSight Operations Management installation,Upgrade,integration,Administration,configuration (Especially with version 10.x & later)
· Good experience in installation of Patrol Agents on Windows,RHEL,AIX,Solaris OS
· Basics in working on knowledge modules like DB,Websphere,Exchange,Sentry hardware,Sentry monitoring studio etc. along with basic KMs like OS,LOG,URL
· Good to have working knowledge of custom KMs
· Troubleshooting skills to resolve Patrol Agent, TrueSight server compoenent issues
· Knowledge in Event Management policy Administration,configuration
· Working knowledge of MRLs,custom classes
· Knowledge of Datacenter IT Infrastructure components, Unix, Windows OS,Virtualization
Good to Have :
· Infrastructure knowledge on Operating system and Database
· Good communication skills set, Understand and clear communication to the business on impact of major incidents
· Excellent problem analysis skill set
