About the role
- Bookkeeping & Classification: Organize and categorize financial records to ensure smooth transactions and compliance with taxation policies.
- Financial Reporting: Track cash flow, expenses, and revenue sources, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate fund performance metrics (Beta, VaR, Sharpe ratio) and support financial planning strategies like capital calls, distribution waterfalls, and carried interest calculations.
- Software Implementation: Identify and integrate accounting tools, including QuickBooks (non-negotiable), to enhance financial operations.
- Compliance & Taxation: Ensure adherence to US accounting laws, taxation policies, and financial regulations.
- Experience Level:
- Individual Contributor: 0-2 years
- Senior Contributor: 3-5 years
