About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and handle inbound inquiries.
- Explain courses, fees, and benefits clearly
- Maintain CRM and call records
- Follow up with interested candidates
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Handle basic query resolution
Requirements
- Any graduate / fresher
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales/BPO experience is an added advantage
- Call volume and productivity
- Lead conversion rate
