Position description: Responsible for managing and deepening relationships with customers at the branch, driving sales of banking products, and ensuring superior customer service and compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- - Manage and grow a portfolio of customers- Cross-sell banking products (liabilities, assets, insurance)- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews- Ensure compliance with KYC and banking norms
Additional Responsibilities:
