Manage the Branch in terms of Sales. Build a high Quality Loan portfolio Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed Maintain Manage & Deliver SO Productivity Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance Track manpower as per capacity plan and ensure individual productivity Appointment of new UCVD & DOST channels for alternative sourcing PDD to be tracked for loan disbursed Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments
