About the role
Identify and pitch to potential brand partners, collaborators, and placement opportunities ● Crack marketing tie-ups and barter deals for sampling, co-branded campaigns, and visibility ● Build partnerships with airlines, hotels, gyms, cafés, colleges, offices, wellness centers, events, and other brands. ● Work closely with the marketing team to integrate partnerships into larger campaigns ● Track, manage, and convert partnership leads into tangible brand visibility and growth ● Own the pipeline — from prospecting to closing to follow-up and reporting ● Represent Bolas at relevant networking events and industry spaces (yes, there will be snacks) � � Skills Required ● Natural people person with killer negotiation skills ● Hustler mindset with the ability to think on your feet (or on the field) ● Excellent communication and presentation skills ● Ability to build and maintain long-term partner relationships ● Comfortable working independently and as part of a high-energy team ● Bonus: Existing brand/institution networks you can tap into from day one � � Experience ● 2–5 years in marketing partnerships, brand tie-ups, sales, business development, or similar fields. FMCG or D2C background is a huge plus.
