Location: Chennai (Work From Office – Mandatory)
Joining: Immediate (1–2 Weeks)Mandatory Requirements· Chennai-based candidate only.· Work From Office mandatory (regulatory & compliance requirement).· Immediate joiner (within 1–2 weeks).· Willing to work as per banking working model (6-day structure).· Strong coding background (Java mandatory).· Lending/Cards domain knowledge mandatory.· Must handle end-to-end lifecycle (Requirement → Development → Testing → Deployment → Production Support).Technical Skills (Mandatory)· Hands-on experience in PCSM (Power Curve Strategy Management).· Experience in BRE implementation.· Proficiency in Scorecard module.· Strong Core Java (Collections, Multithreading, File Handling).· Experience with Java, XML, Groovy, XSD.· Knowledge of REST & SOAP web services.· Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX.Functional Skills (Mandatory)· Lending domain experience (Cards preferred).· Knowledge of credit policies (SBL, Property Loan, Personal Loan, Asset-Based Loan, Auto Loan).· Experience in requirement gathering and documentation (HLD / LLD / DLS).· Policy configuration and SIT/UAT support.Soft Skills (Mandatory)· Strong ownership and accountability mindset.· Confident in stakeholder interaction (Risk, Policy, Business teams).· Ability to work independently without separate Dev/Test teams.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Willingness to learn and adapt.
