This role plays a very critical role in Digital Channels, BSG Unit to design and implement technology solutions catering to

Processes for various lines of business viz. Retail Banking & Digital Banking
Will need to manage multiple projects on Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, WhatsApp Banking, Chatbot, Garages etc.
Digital solutions around the above products and processes
Sales, Product, Compliance and Operations units managing the above products

Key Responsibilities

To possess complete ownership of the Business Requirements/Solutions for any new Business initiative or customizations in the existing solutions
To prepare / review Business Requirement Document and Functionality Specifications documents
To take complete ownership of functionality testing of relevant applications
To design process flow changes, in partnership with Operations and Business Units
To take ownership of resolution of all functional issues/bugs in the systems
To address impact of regulatory changes on the system functionalities and ensure compliance
To interface with Regulators/Audit/Compliance with regard to explaining the system functionalities

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Graduation/Post Graduation with relevant project management / system implementation experience with strong domain knowledge of the underlying Business functions/processes
5-10 years’ experience in the Banking / Financial services domain

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge

Knowledge of Digital Products / processes and the digital landscape pertaining to these products
Knowledge of interfaces/integrations for the relevant business processes
Good understanding of relevant technology applications in the payments space viz. Finacle, etc.
Knowledge of latest technology trends and a knowhow to apply them appropriately

Skills

Strong Project Management and execution skills
Effective Leadership skills with hands-on approach and Can-do attitude
Good written and verbal communication skills

Abilities

Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to groom the team
