I have attached the JD for your reference.
Let us identify and build a focused team of five resources (1 Lead + 4 Junior Engineers) with strong Qualcomm-relevant BSP expertise and share the team profile with Qualcomm.
Current Qualcomm Pain Areas and Focus Areas
Based on recent discussions, the key focus areas are:
• USB Driver Issues: Qualcomm is facing challenges with the current vendor's USB driver development and debugging capabilities.
• PMIC/Power Management: PMIC-related development and debugging continue to be critical and require strong expertise.
• PCIe Subsystem: PCIe is another major area where Qualcomm expects deeper technical ownership and debugging proficiency.
• Debugging Excellence: Strong kernel-level debugging capabilities are essential, particularly in complex hardware-software interaction scenarios.
• Host and Target Debugging: Ability to perform end-to-end root cause analysis using host-side and target-side debugging tools is a key expectation.
Please refer to the attached JD and focus the profile search on engineers with proven experience in these BSP domains.
