Requirement:
· Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
· Experience with stakeholder management and communication.
· Ability to create detailed documentation and reports.
· Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
· Experience in project management tool such as Clickup and Jira
· Experience in interacting with customers to understand business requirements & convert into product requirements
Responsibilities:
· Analyze data and trends to inform business strategies and improve processes.
· Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
