Roles & Responsibility
- Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering calls and demo sessions to gather detailed information.
- Create detailed proposals and fit gap analyses to outline project scopes.
- Prepare comprehensive business catalogues to document processes and requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to support pre-sales activities.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of solutions.
- Knowledge of procurement, sales, manufacturing, trade & distribution processes to provide insights and recommendations.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
- Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and developments.
Requirements:
- Understanding of industrial and distribution operations.
- Understanding of procurement, sales, manufacturing, trade, and distribution processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation such as proposals, fit-gap analyses, and business catalogues.
- Ability to conduct requirement-gathering calls and demo sessions effectively.
