Business Analyst Job Description and Required Skills
Job Description:
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, objectives, and challenges.
· Perform data analysis, query databases, and generate reports to support business decisions.
· Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment with technical and architectural standards.
· Work closely with developers, testers, and other technical teams to ensure business requirements are implemented correctly in the system.
· Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis to assess the impact of new features and enhancements on existing systems.
· Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and technical documentation for development teams.
· Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies as part of an Agile development environment.
· Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, working with development teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the business during the testing phase.
