- Business Analyst
Location: Chennai
Experience: 3+ years
Job Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Product Owners to understand outcomes for a product release and translate them into business requirements
· Product Business Requirements to be developed considering the industry requirements and validated by research.
· Requirements to be documented as features & user stories for the corresponding feature. Additional details including end to end business scenarios, user interface mockups and integration points should be included as collaterals.
· Develop and document functional specifications and use cases
· Work with developers to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements
· Collaborate with QA team to ensure that test cases and scripts cover business requirements
· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
· Support issue analysis/triaging and provide fixes during test phases, as well as production issue resolution to ensure key Product SLAs are met.
· Support project management and participate in project planning, status reporting, and issue resolution
· Work with product owners and solution architects to define the scope of configuration and estimate the efforts & duration to complete the configuration
· Take ownership while working in a SAFe Agile model with other BA’s, Architects to ensure that the end business & performance goals are met.
· Present and highlight features in product demos to wider audience / customer.
