About the role
Job Title: Business Analyst (Healthcare Domain)
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and develop solutions for healthcare-related projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain documentation of business requirements, workflows, and data models
- Work with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement
- Develop and implement data analytics and reporting solutions
Requirements:
- Domain Expertise:
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare domain (insurance, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and industry trends
- Business Analysis:
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems (EMR, EHR, HIS, etc.)
- Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA, ICD-10, etc.)
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA, etc.) or healthcare domain (CPHIMS, etc.)
