Support iterative delivery

build, validation, and deployment.

Analyze current and

target-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements.

Manage stakeholder

assurance teams.

Define test scenarios, support

User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and maintain traceability from business

Work closely with development

Ability to define

specifications and features with clear, testable acceptance criteria.

Experience working with epics,

Strong stakeholder management,

facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.

Hands-on experience with Agile

delivery, including Scrum and Kanban.

Experience with API

integrations or API-driven applications.

Prompt engineering skills to

effectively use AI tools for discovery, documentation, analysis, and

collaboration.

Experience planning and

supporting test scenarios and UAT.

Strong analytical,

problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.

Good to Have

Working knowledge of SQL for

data validation and analysis.

Experience with analytics or

business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Familiarity with cloud

platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Experience evaluating

AI-enabled features or collaborating with AI, data, product, and engineering

teams.

Exposure to process modelling

techniques such as BPMN.

Education

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent

qualification.

Preferred Certifications

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or

an equivalent Scrum certification.

Certified Business Analysis

or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA).

Working Style and Mindset

Operates with strong ownership

and independence, driving outcomes with minimal supervision.

Brings a consulting and product

mindset and focuses on solving business problems rather than only documenting

requests.

Can flex into Product Owner or

Project Manager responsibilities when needed.

Adapts quickly across domains,

stakeholders, and delivery contexts.

Demonstrates a practical, proactive, and

delivery-focused approach.
