Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements gathering: Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders in the banking industry.
2. Process analysis: Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
3. Solution development: Develop and implement solutions to meet business requirements and improve processes.
4. Stakeholder management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technical teams.
5. Regulatory compliance: Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
1. Banking domain experience: Strong experience working in the banking industry or with banking products and services.
2. Business analysis: Experience with business analysis, process improvement, and solution development.
3. Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Technical skills: Familiarity with banking systems, technologies, and tools.

Education:
