Relevant Experience:
·3-7 years of experience in IT preferable in banks.
Competencies:
·Experience of Banking (Retail or Commercial)
·Experience in the IT industry with strong background in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management.
·Should understand different integration methodologies.
·Should be able to prepare overall project plan for execution of projects and prioritize based on those with large impact or horizontal level impact.
·Break Complex ideas down into concise and effective requirements.
Review Business User Stories, undertake gap analysis and prepare BRDs/Solution Documents/Approach Documents.
Job Responsibilities:
·Excellent knowledge in architecting, planning, testing, and deploying of any proven CRM solution like Dynamics/CRM Next
·Good working knowledge of implementing, integration, and deployment of such CRM solution
·Experienced in defining technical architecture and software components
·Experience in working to Agile processes
·Able to map business processes to core CRM platform capabilities.
·Positive and constructive
·Strong analytical and organizational skills
