Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) with a strong background in data analysis to join our Manufacturing Sub-BU team. This role is a replacement for Nimmy and will be crucial in driving data-driven decision-making across operational and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Translate business requirements into analytical models and visualizations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, IT) to support process improvement initiatives.
- Identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies.
- Assist in defining data governance and best practices for reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong focus on data analysis.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities effectively.
