Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with the Porch or Zinnia platform and related workflows
- Knowledge of Insurance & Annuity business processes
- Strong understanding of annuity and/or insurance products and servicing processes
- Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, or risk-related initiatives within financial services
- Experience identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements within the product teams, leveraging a continuous improvement mindset to enhance team effectiveness, optimize delivery outcomes, and improve ways of working.
