1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

1. Translate regulatory requirements into functional and technical specifications.

1. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, HLD, user stories, process flows, and data mappings

1. Conduct gap analysis between current systems and regulatory requirements.

1. Hands-on exposure and working knowledge of the following regulatory frameworks:

Basel III / Basel IV

CRR / CRD IV / V

Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR)

Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR)

Capital Adequacy (RWA, CET1, Tier 1, Tier 2)

1. Perform data lineage, data sourcing, and reconciliation across systems.
2. Work with large datasets and perform impact analysis for regulatory changes.

1. Work with IT teams to design scalable reporting solutions

1. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint planning

1. Define acceptance criteria using Given-When-Then (Gherkin) formal
