About the role
We're hiring a Business Development Executive / Admissions Counsellor for Scaler and other leading EdTech clients.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective learners/customers through calls.
- Understand customer requirements and career goals.
- Guide prospects regarding suitable learning programs and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into enrollments.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
