About the role
We are looking for a high-energy and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales and strategic partnerships for Hydron across corporate, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and institutional segments. The ideal candidate should have strong corporate/B2B sales experience and the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales for Hydron products and solutions across Bangalore and surrounding markets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate outreach, networking, andrelationship management.
- Build and manage relationships with decision-makers across corporates, manufacturing units, pharma companies, hospitals, wellness centres, and institutions.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, meetings, negotiations, closures, onboarding, and account management.
- Work closely with leadership on market expansion and business growth strategies.
- Maintain strong pipeline management and sales reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution and customer experience.
- Represent Hydron in client meetings, events, and business discussions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B/corporate sales or business development.
- Strong experience in corporate/institutional sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
- Existing corporate network/connections will be an added advantage.
- High ownership and execution mindset.
