About the role
Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound sales and new client acquisition.
- Build relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Handle client escalations and ensure issue resolution.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain long-term client relationships while expanding business within accounts.
Requirements:
- Experience working with fintech, banking, SaaS, payments, or technology products is preferred.
