Role: Business Development ManagerExperience: 5+ yearsLocation: PAN INDIA(Remote)Notice Period: Immediate Joiners OnlyWork Mode: WFH Required Skills:·      Develop to penetrate global markets and achieve revenue targets. ·      Identify and engage prospects, and potential clients, build relationships, and close sales deals. ·      Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. ·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. ·      Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate their value to clients. ·      Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process. ·      Proven track record of success in global sales, with a focus on revenue generation. ·      Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to persuade and influence key stakeholders. ·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds. ·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and a results-driven mindset. * Salary + Incentives ·      Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and manage leads pipeline effectively.
Must have:
·      5+ years of Strong Experience selling IT Services in the Global Market.·      Strong Lead Generation Exp.·       Must be well versed with all services we deal.
