Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for digital marketing, SEO, PPC, website development, branding, and content services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements, budgets, and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop customised solutions.
- Maintain CRM records and regularly track pipeline, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, IT Services, or an Agency is preferred.
- Proven skills in lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, website development, branding, and content services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Strong target-oriented and consultative selling approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a digital marketing/advertising agency.
- Experience handling B2B clients and high-value service deals.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
