Required Skills & Qualifications• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager in an IT company• Strong knowledge of Mobile App Development and Web Development services• Expertise in lead generation, proposal writing, negotiation, and conversion• Excellent client communication and presentation skills• Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, India)• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutions• Strong team handling and leadership skills• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
