Responsibilities:
1. Leading the Revenue and P&L for Private Brands operating in hyperlocal food delivery space & Revenue Achievement as per target. 2. Delivering on Profitability EBITDA targets for the brand. 3. Develop a business plan for revenue and lead the execution of same with cross-functional coordination Month on Month 4. Own the marketing and promotions spends and deliver brand objectives and ROI targets TACOS%, ROI on Ads and Cost Per Impression 5. Lead delivery of brilliant customer experience in close conjunction with Supply Chain Managing teams NPS%, Customer Ratings and Reviews 6. Conducting opportunity analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and to fuel future growth New and Effective Growth Levers. 7. Work in close conjunction with Channel Partners like Swiggy, Zomato to develop and execute Join Business Plans
Business Head will be responsible for driving revenue and managing the P&L of Private Brands within the hyperlocal food delivery sector, ensuring targets are met. This role also entails achieving profitability targets, developing business plans for revenue, and executing them with cross-functional collaboration on a monthly basis.
Moreover, the Business Head will oversee marketing and promotional expenditures, ensuring they align with brand objectives and deliver desired ROI targets such as TACOS%, ROI on Ads, and Cost Per Impression. Ensuring an exceptional customer experience is paramount, necessitating collaboration with Supply Chain Management teams to achieve metrics like NPS%, Customer Ratings, and Reviews.
The role also involves conducting opportunity analyses to identify market trends and drive future growth through innovative strategies. Close collaboration with channel partners like Swiggy and Zomato to develop and execute joint business plans is also expected.
