About the role
- Replying inquiries to the customers for their product requirements.
- Manage sample requests, sending samples for their evaluation, dispatch schedules.
- Follow up for their commercial requirement upon sample approval.
- Co-ordinate with logistics for the shipment status of different customers.
- Manage internal and external workflows, ensuring that sample requests, commercial documentation, and regulatory queries move smoothly between manufacturing sites and clients.
- Maintain sales databases and generate customer-specific MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Quality Assurance and Quality Control to resolve queries.
- Knowledge of basic regulatory documents (such as DMF or CEP). Understanding of cGMP, API manufacturing processes, and supply chain logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and strong communication.
