About the role
This role is critical in driving business planning and performance governance through data-driven insights and robust governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will support leadership decision-making and business growth by managing scorecards, business performance, and analytics. This position requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of business performance metrics.
Experience Required:3 to 7 years
Key Responsibilities:- Develop business performance frameworks and scorecards aligned to business priorities.
- Monitor strategic program initiatives and track execution against defined milestones.
- Identify growth opportunities through business data analytics.
- Support leadership with performance dashboards and provide data analytics for decision making.
- Prepare Performance review deck of Sales team for performance governance.
- Ensure overall data integrity through periodic reconciliation and validation.
- Deliver leadership MIS, dashboards, and business performance reviews.
- Support revenue growth through business analytics and performance interventions.
- Conduct periodic reviews with the Finance team to identify business income leakages and implement corrective actions.
- Lead dashboarding, performance tracking, and review mechanisms to track business delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA in any field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
